We are recruiting a SR Product Owner for a direct contract with a company based in the Netherlands, whose core business is a recruitment process management platform.

Required Qualifications

•  You have 4+ years in product ownership and are known as the go-to expert on your product
• You thrive in complex technical environments and are comfortable operating without a playbook
• You keep the team connected to the problem they are solving by sharing feedback, usage patterns, and real-world outcomes
• You are confident making prioritization decisions under ambiguity and bring strong ownership and accountability
• You have enough technical grounding to engage engineers as a peer: you understand how systems are built, spot constraints, and earn the team’s trust
• You have hands-on experience with AI/ML products and understand how models are trained, evaluated, and improved, not just what they produce
• You are using AI effectively to accelerate your work, while taking full ownership of the quality of every output
• You communicate in English at a professional level, both written and spoken
