We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager – Product & Content for an international group operating across RegTech, regulatory advisory and financial services, supporting growth across the GCC, Africa and global markets.

Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how the group positions its products and services, communicates with sophisticated B2B buyers and brings new offerings to market.

You will combine strategic product marketing with hands-on execution, owning positioning frameworks, go-to-market planning, integrated multi-channel campaigns, thought leadership and sales enablement across three distinct B2B entities.

You will work closely with subject matter experts, Product, Business Development, Growth and Events teams to translate complex regulatory and financial services topics into clear, commercially relevant campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple B2B brands.
  • Defining ICP-specific value propositions, competitive differentiation and messaging hierarchies.
  • Leading go-to-market planning and execution for new product and service launches.
  • Developing GTM plans covering positioning, messaging, channel strategy and asset requirements.
  • Planning and executing integrated B2B campaigns across digital, email, webinars, website, events and partner channels.
  • Translating complex regulatory and financial services topics into commercially relevant campaigns and content.
  • Working directly with subject matter experts to identify insights, campaign opportunities and thought leadership themes.
  • Building and maintaining competitive intelligence frameworks and sales battle cards.
  • Developing cross-sell and nurture programmes to convert existing advisory relationships into technology pipeline opportunities.
  • Managing partner and industry association marketing initiatives, including joint content and co-branded activations.
  • Owning the editorial calendar across multiple brands and markets.
  • Writing and ghostwriting long-form thought leadership, regulatory content, white papers and executive content.
  • Reviewing externally published content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with positioning.
  • Producing and maintaining sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies and battle cards.
  • Tracking campaign performance and connecting marketing activity to pipeline contribution and commercial outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong professional experience in B2B marketing within SaaS or regulated financial services.
  • Demonstrable experience in product marketing, positioning or messaging.
  • Hands-on experience leading go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated multi-channel B2B campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience developing positioning frameworks, value propositions and competitive narratives.
  • Strong long-form and short-form writing skills for sophisticated professional audiences.
  • Experience producing sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to translate complex technical, regulatory or financial topics into clear commercial messaging.
  • Proven experience working directly with subject matter experts and product teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Marketing, Product, Business Development and specialist teams.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail when working with regulated or technically complex content.

Experience with the following is considered a plus:

  • Fintech, RegTech or compliance software.
  • GCC regulatory markets.
  • DFSA, ADGM, VARA, CBUAE, CMA or SAMA frameworks.
  • Partner and association marketing.
  • Ghostwriting for C-suite executives.
  • AI-assisted content and research tools.
  • Multi-brand marketing environments.
  • Africa or Brazil market expansion.
  • Portuguese language proficiency.
