Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience 7-12 years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years managing a team of 8+ across multiple geographies.
Must have delivered against a team revenue target in a SaaS environment.
Must have managed remote or distributed teams.
Full-cycle sales background required.
Preferred
RegTech, compliance technology, GRC, or financial services SaaS.
Experience in GCC, Africa, or emerging markets.
HubSpot CRM.
Competitive displacement experience against established vendors.
