We are hiring a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer experienced in Python for a Portuguese Human Resources Management company with operations both nationally and internationally, specializing in Recruitment & Selection and Outsourcing in the Health and Information Technology sectors.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks, emphasizing performance, usability, and intuitive user interfaces. 

• Design, build, and optimize backend services using Python and the Django framework to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency. 

• Develop and manage relational databases using MariaDB/PostgreSQL, including writing efficient queries, database schemas, and ensuring robust data integrity. 

• Create and implement RESTful APIs for seamless and secure frontend-backend integrations. 

• Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives. 

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve development and operational issues, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery. 

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and update planned or existing software. 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. 

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering strictly to best practices and coding standards 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. 

• Strong proficiency in Python, Django framework, and SQL (MariaDB/PostgreSQL). 

• Solid experience with frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to handle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
