Head of Business Development


We are looking for a Head of Business Development to join our client’s team. Our client is a leader in the automotive sector with offices in Lisbon.



As a Head of Business Development, you will lead our area in order to place our company as a leader in the automotive field. You’ll be responsible for implementing and developing strategies to achieve business goals, as well as managing the team pipelines end-to-end. Maintain an understanding of the sector with expertise focused on customers, competitors, sales and sector trends.


Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and sales;
  • Focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets;
  • Knowledge and expertise in the content or tech industry;
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Availability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with partners;
  • Research and analytical skills;
  • Financial and commercial expertise;
  • Fluent level of English. 


Nice to haves

  • Agile or Scrum development experience;
  • Background working in consulting companies;
  • MBA or equivalent.
