Looking for international job experience?

If you wish to work abroad, there are a couple of skills you must have. But the most important one is to speak the native language or to speak English at least at a B1 level. This will allow you to be included in any work setting you chose because it provides the possibility to easily learn how to master your new role

To apply for a healthcare position in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

In Saudi Arabia, you need to go through the Data Flow process and Mumaris process. Both are part of the Saudi Commission of Healthcare that is the entity responsible for recognizing your training and experience, allowing you to work in KSA as a healthcare professional. None of these two need you to perform any sort of testing. It is a process done by uploading of document regarding your training and experience.

To work in KSA you need to know English to at least B2 level. But unlike in other countries, you don't need proof of this knowledge. The interview with the hospital staff is usually the needed proof to be accepted as a proficient English speaker.

To apply for a Healthcare position in Belgium Public Hospitals (French-speaking area)

You need to go through the licensing of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles that will recognize your training and experience and allow you to work as a certified healthcare professional. You don’t need to perform any sort of testing. It is a process done by uploading your document regarding your training and experience.

Also, it is very important to be proficient at French language.

To apply for a doctor’s position in England

You need to prove your knowledge in English by doing the IELTs online test. After you prove your English proficiency, you can move on to upload your professional documents on the General medical Council (GMC) online platform and wait till your documents are validated to move forward. You will need to perform further medical presential tests in England as a prof of your technical skills in medicine.

To apply for a Doctor position in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

You need first be confident in your English and/or Arabic skills. They will definitely be put to test in the selection interview.

To further obtain the registration that allows to be a working professional you need to go through one of these registration authorities, depending on if you want to apply to a Dubai or Abu Dhabi position: Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Abu Dhabi Department of Health (ADDH).
