Business Development Executive 

Precise is recruiting a Business Development Executive for Switzerland, in the German-speaking area.

Your mission:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in Switzerland, you will be the sales manager for the entire sales process up to the signing of the contract. You are responsible for qualifying, developing, and closing strategically relevant opportunities in the Swiss healthcare market, particularly with hospitals and long-term care facilities. In doing so, you will ensure we achieve our ambitious goals.

 

Your responsibilities in detail:

  •  Qualifying and developing leads and opportunities through to contract closure
  • Actively managing the entire sales cycle, including forecasting and CRM maintenance
  • Conducting commercial assessments (budget, authority, need, timeline)
  • Conducting contract, pricing, and terms negotiations
  • Managing C-level stakeholders and purchasing organizations
  • Collaborating with account management, customer success, marketing, and product teams
  • Ensuring a structured transition to the account director and delivery teams
  • Participating in relevant specialist conferences, as well as co-organizing and coordinating client events
  • Responsibility for meeting defined quarterly and annual targets

 

What we are looking for:

  • The candidate must have proven sales experience in this specific domain. Ideally, you should already have an established network of contacts with key decision-makers in hospitals or medical technology companies, in a German-speaking sales role in Switzerland. Personal relationships with nursing management and other relevant stakeholders are essential.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the medical technology or healthcare sector
  • Established network of contacts at management level in the Swiss hospital sector
  • Proven experience in managing complex sales processes
  • Excellent knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market, with a focus on hospitals and long-term care facilities
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Structured and data-driven work method, with high CRM discipline
  • Practical mindset and willingness to take on responsibilities
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English; French is an advantage
  • High availability to travel within Switzerland
