Profile 

• European citizenship (mandatory);

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles; OR at least 10 years of experience in mechanics; 

Salary and Benefits

1 Auto Body Repair Technician and 2 Automotive Painters 

Profile 

• European citizenship (mandatory); 

• English is valued, but not mandatory;  

• Preferably at least 5 years of experience, with more than 10 years of experience being highly valued; 

 

Responsibilities 

• Repair and maintenance of bodywork and painting of various types of vehicles, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, vans, trucks, buses, and other heavy vehicles. 

• Repair and replacement of body components. 

• Alignment and restoration of damaged structures. 

• Surface preparation for painting. 

• Automotive painting and high-quality finishing. 

• Repair work following accidents and normal wear and tear. 

• Compliance with the quality and safety standards required by the industry. 

 

Conditions: 

• Base salary: 3,700 ISK/hour (approximately €25.50 gross/hour); 

• Overtime paid in accordance with Icelandic labour legislation; 

• Icelandic employment contract with all legal contributions; 

• Possibility of stable, long-term work; 

• Expected start date between late July and early August;
