Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and reconfigure machines independently Shift-responsible for problem solving machine problems
• Optimize automated production lines while ensuring safety standards are met
• Perform measurements and register deviations as necessary
• Handle first-line maintenance and resolve technical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with WCM-5S principles Collaborate with process engineers to implement improvements
• Play a crucial role in Iaunching production on the newly automated production line in our brand-new facility

Your profile:

• Completed technical education (EQF level 3,4 or 5)
• Reading drawings Is no problem for you;
• Reading programs of the machine is also not a problem for you Experience with Siemens control is a plus
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system (with a 30% shift allowance).
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Affinity and strong interest in technology.
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and solution-focused.
• A proactive mindset for optimizing automated processes and suggesting improvements.
• You have the necessary material and tool knowledge;
