Requirements
Staff Physician: 0 years experience required
Assistant Consultant: Min 0-1 years experience post Board/ Fellowship
Associate Consultant: Min. 2-3 years experience post Board/ Fellowship
Consultant: Min. 3-4 years experience post Board/ Fellowship
Minimum English language proficiency: B2 level at a conversational level, this will be the language used in everyday work (no proof of proficiency required).

Staff Physician and Assistant Consultant positions will receive:
Eligible Dependents: 3 Eligible Dependents below 19 Years old, one of whom must be a Spouse.
Housing Accommodation: monthly housing allowance as follows:
Staff Physician: 3,333 SR/ Month
Assistant Consultant: 4,167 SR/ Month
Transportation Allowance: Monthly Allowance of 400 SR/ Month
Medical Care: Employee & eligible dependents will be entitled for full medical coverage as per policy.
Annual Leaves & Holidays: 30 paid Annual Leave per contract year.
Air transportation ticket: Annual round trip air transport for the expatriate employee and eligible dependents from program site to the designated airport and return. Excursion Economy Class
Associate Consultant and Consultant positions will receive:
Dependents: 4 Eligible Dependents below 19 Years old, one of whom must be a Spouse.
Housing Accommodation: Shall be provided by the employer and their eligible dependents based on their eligibility and housing availability.
Employees who are neither offered nor provided of housing will be eligible to receive a monthly Housing Allowance as follows:
Associate Consultants: SR55,000/year
Consultants: SR60,000/year
Transportation Services: Transportation Service from program-assigned housing to work and back, where available.
Employees who do not occupy a Program-provided housing and who are not offered transportation to and from work will be eligible to receive a monthly Transportation: Allowance of SR600.
Medical Care: Employee & eligible dependents will be entitled for full medical coverage as per policy.
Annual Leaves & Holidays: 30 paid Annual Leave per contract year.
Educational Allowance: The employer will pay for the actual costs of required academic expenses up to 23,000 SR
Air transportation ticket: Annual round trip air transport for the expatriate employee and eligible dependents from program site to the designated airport and return. Excursion Economy Class
Mid-Year Benefits (Limited to Employees on Single Marital Status only): Employees shall be eligible for a Mid-Year Benefit once every contract year. This benefit can be in the form of either 10 consecutive calendar days of paid leave or as a round trip ticket from the employee site to point of hire.
Professional Leave: The employee will be eligible to either a Paid Professional Leave or Days-Only Professional Leave consisting of 7 consecutive calendar days, inclusive of travel days, to attend a
specific conference or symposium in the employee’s area of specialty. Employees who are approved for paid Professional Leave will be entitled to a Professional Leave Allowance to defray airline and other transportation costs, registration expenses, and all other costs associated with attending the meeting/conference.
