Project Manager Coordinator

We are recruiting a Project Manager Coordinator for a German company based in Aveiro, dedicated to cloud integration software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders.
  • Logging of team, project, and customer appointments.
  • Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings.
  • Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders.
  • Create presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).
  • Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team.
  • Support in meeting timelines/deadlines.
  • Prepare project documentation for reuse in other projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management).
  • Already part of a technical project team.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
  • knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban).
  • Confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
