– Experience in the field as a first-line technical operator;

– Technical training or relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment;

– Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems;

– Flexibility to work shifts;

– European citizenship is mandatory (candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered);

– Criminal record without serious offenses;

– Knowledge of English is mandatory at least at conversation level (at least B1). This will be the language used on a daily basis and in interviews with the partner company (decisive factor)

Tasks:

– Perform frontline maintenance activities on production equipment to ensure optimalperformance (flow pack, multipack machines from brands Bosch, Fuji, Cavanna);

– Identify, diagnose, and resolve minor technical problems, forwarding complex issues to the technical maintenance team when necessary;

– Carry out routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines to minimize downtime (replacement of electrodrivers, pneumatic valves, gears, photocells, and sensors,…).

– Support the preparation and adjustment of machines to meet production requirements; – Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during maintenance activities;

– Collaborate with the production team to identify and communicate recurring issues with the equipment;

– Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, equipment performance, and repair;

– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce equipment downtime.
